Responsibility:

·     Analyze performance data to identify opportunities to maximize sales, inventory turnover, and profit margins within defined categories, and apply the analytical results to establish the appropriate breadth, depth, and mix of merchandise to generate profitability.

·     Ensure correct product and category adjacencies for a continuous flow presentation. This includes not being limited to standard concepts and techniques such as vertical merchandising and blocking to visually guide the consumer through the category strategy, products, and usage regimen.

·     Responsible for researching competitor presentations of product categories and support team member in Range Review (assortment review & reset Principles of Display).

·     Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to POG (Planogram) implementation.

·     Ensure that both Macro & Micro processes are well-coordinated among stakeholders during execution.

·     Work with the Buying team to lead the POG process and inventory-related matters.

·     Research industry competitors to stay constantly updated on Macro & Micro space optimization in the market.

·     Responsible for ensuring all activities comply with company processes and procedures.

·     Provide leadership to the Space team to plan and execute all tasks and assignments. 

Requirement:

+ University graduate, has ability to use Space man software, can use Python is a plus
+ 3-5 years FMCG / retail experience with at least 3-5 years at managerial level in the same position. 
+ Good at customer insights and market sense 
+ Strong leadership skill in leading and coaching a high-performance team as well as working with cross function team. 
+ Strategic thinker, innovative & creative
+ Well communication (spoken & written) in English 
+ Good at planning & analysis 
+ High discipline and high-accuracy focus
