Senior Marketing Executive (MarCom)

Responsibility:

The main purpose of the Senior Marketing Executive position is to execute Marketing activities focused on Retail Marketing & New Store Opening & Private Label

1. Retail Marketing - 50%

  • Execute Retail Marketing plans for Guardian retail chain based on the Direction & Plan from the Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Internal team, Trade, Operation, and related departments and Agency to ensure timelines & deliverable quality are met.
  • Develop KV brief to internal designer or agency to deliver the design.
  • Coordinate with the VMD team to ensure the implementation of Monthly Key Promotion POSM.
  • Coordinate with the Communications team to ensure the implementation of monthly key promotion activities across communication channels (social media, influencers, etc.).
  • Coordinate with other department to manage instore visibilities: POSM, Retail Media, Supplier Activation
  • Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and collaborate with relevant departments to improve the customer shopping experience.

2. New Store Opening (NSO) - 30%

  • Execute Marketing plans for new stores based on the direction from the Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Internal team, Project, Trade, Operation, and related departments and Agency to ensure NSO timelines are met.
  • Manage NSO Agency for the deliverables (POSM, giveaways, activation items, social post), track production and installation status.
  • Propose local marketing activities to drive customer traffic during the opening period.
  • Monitor on-ground execution quality and prepare post-opening reports.

3. Private Brand (OB) Support - 10%

  • Support the implementation of Marketing activities for Private Brand (OB) according to the annual plan.
  • Work with the OB team on Launching Plan, POSM needs, social content, in-store visibility, and activation programs.

4. Others - 10%

  • Monitor competitors and prepare reports
  • Manage the assigned marketing budget
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or event planning
  • Can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Project management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks under time pressure
  • Good presentation skills
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Organizational skill
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision but constantly collaborating with other functions within the company
  • Negotiation skill
  • Mobility and willingness to work extra hours for events or weekend, when needed
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Vietnamese and English
