Property Admin Executive
A. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main purpose of the Property & Marketing Admin position is to make sure all payment settlement related processes shall be done on time, smoothly and accurately; to manage well property/marketing budget and expenses; and to assist with property/marketing activities and other tasks when necessary.
- Compile and distribute financial and statistical information and reports
- Report monthly property/marketing expenses and keep track of allocated budget
- Make sure all payment settlement related processes shall be done on time, smoothly and accurately
- Manage and make sure all property/marketing expenses within approved property/marketing budget
- Prepare kinds of contracts (such as construction, economic contract)
- Update and systemize the databases by following up kinds of contract, expenditures
- Record and distribute all incoming documents, correspondence
- Assist property/marketing activities and other tasks as assigned by line managers and Head of Property
- Carry out the procedures for paying rental fees as well as well-manage shopping mall and on time according to the lease contract payment period.
- Update rental contract information fully and accurately on the internal monitoring system - GLMS
- Manage and storage all lease contracts and other related documents
- Synthesize weekly site reports, new store images on the system
- Project Coordinator across department ( Commercial team/ Marketing/ Ops/ Legal/ NTP…)
- Market study/ research and propose potential TA for new store/ relocation-> Sales projection result
- Working with related departments such as Legal, Operations, Finance on contracts, landlord information, rental payment….
B. REQUIREMENT:
- University Degree or equivalent. BA in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration preferred
- Strong capability and hands on experience in managing property/marketing budget
- Excellent project management skills with good time management, attention to details and prioritization with an ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure including time pressure
- Good strategy planning, A&P budget management and analytical skills
- Ability to build positive internal and external working relationship for cross function collaboration
- Positive thinker and Proactive team player with winning spirit
- Good communication, presentation (written and verbal) in both Vietnamese and English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborating well with other functions
- Negotiation skill
- Mobility and willingness to work extra hour or weekend
- Thorough MS Office utilization
