A. Role Description:

• New store construction and renovation supervising (70%)
• Receiving, analysing information from Property Department and then work further with related departments.
• Site investigate and pre-drawing layout
• Arranging layout base on Guardian’s concept
• Working with vendors to ensure the deployment of layout and interior design to meet with GUVN concepts standards and actual site conditions
• Update and standardize concepts in details for construction drawing
• Update project progress to stakeholders OTIF weekly
• Propose new materials suitable for local market, sustainable, cost-effective

B. Qualifications

• Graduated from University/ College, major in Interior Design/ Architect/ Civil engineer
• At least 3+ years’ experienceExperience in project management or supervision, particularly in construction-related projects
• Using Autocad proficiently
• Capable of measuring and surveying of site
• A good team player/ Good at Teamwork skillAdvanced Microsoft skills, good at English is a plus
• Ability to work under high pressure, complete project on deadline.
