Marketing Coordinator 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

A. In-store Communication Execution:

• Execute monthly POSM plans and campaign materials including leaflets, category signage, store decorations, NSO setups and pop-up activations.

• Review and proofread in-store communication content/materials before submission and deployment.

• Support the preparation of guidelines and communication briefs for store teams.

• Monitor in-store execution and gather feedback to support improvements when needed.

B. POSM Administration & Operations:

• Prepare POSM allocation plans for nationwide stores and New Store Openings (NSO).

• Work closely with suppliers to follow up on production progress and ensure on-time delivery.

• Receive and process POSM-related requests from Operations (replacements, replenishments, updates).

• Maintain and update POSM master data, including GE sizes, category signage specs, LCD dimensions, lightbox formats and other store visual assets.

• Organize and maintain files, documents, quotations, and materials related to POSM.

C. Regulatory & Administrative Support:

• Assist in preparing and submitting promotion and advertising licenses in compliance with local regulations.

• Support documentation and administrative tasks for the In-store Marketing team.

D. Budget Tracking:

• Consolidate monthly expenses related to in-store marketing activities.

• Collect ERs from Marketing teams and update the master tracking file accurately.

• Ensure proper documentation and alignment with the internal approval process.

E. Cross-functional Coordination:

• Coordinate with Operations, Merchandising, Brand teams and suppliers to ensure smooth POSM deployment.

• Support other in-store marketing projects and activities as assigned by the Line Manager. 

REQUIREMENT:

1.Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, In-store Marketing, Trade Marketing or POSM management in retail (CVS, supermarket, F&B, FMCG).

• Basic understanding of POSM materials, printing processes and production.

2.Skills & Competencies:

• Strong timeline management, accuracy and attention to detail.

• Logical thinking, proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset.

• Proficient in Excel; able to manage tracking, data sheets and complex files.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willing to work flexibly during peak periods when required.
