Senior Marketing Executive (MarCom)
Responsibility:
The main purpose of the Marketing Executive position is to execute Marketing activities focused on Monthly Promotion Marcom Plan, Activation, Partnership & New Store Opening (NSO) besides supporting Own Brand (OB)
1. Monthly Marcom Plan
- Deliver communication plans for monthly leaflets, brand activations, and marketing promotions.
- Develop system mechanics based on the quarterly marketing plan, focusing on monthly communication for Non-OB/EB brands.
2. Brand Activation & Events
- Collaborate with brand partners to execute activations and events effectively.
- Research, plan, and manage event timelines, ensuring activities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Follow up on events, debrief, and analyze results to measure success.
3. Partnerships
- Cooperate with mall partners to maximize in-mall communication opportunities.
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with key brand and mall partners to enhance partnership value.
- Build and execute partnership plans to meet annual business targets.
4. New Store Openings (NSO) and Own Brand (OB)
- Explore and propose new opportunities for brand visibility and engagement through both online and offline channels.
- Focus on NSO and OB marketing: Manage PR, events, and activations. Develop marketing packages for NSO. Ensure effective execution of A&P (Advertising and Promotion) strategies for PR and events. Create engaging content for OB, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.
5. Operational Work
- Manage end-to-end project execution for events and activations, including vendor coordination and budget control.
- Contribute to budget planning and monitor ongoing spending to ensure cost efficiency.
- Track and report monthly marketing expenses and maintain allocated budgets.
- Deliver performance reviews for brand marketing campaigns and ensure KPIs are met.
6. Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure quality, timely campaign delivery, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in creating insightful and creative marketing concepts that align with brand strategy.
- Prepare and submit campaign performance reports and ensure learnings are incorporated into future campaigns.
- Support the Assistant Marketing Manager with ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or event planning
- Can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Project management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks under time pressure
- Good presentation skills
- Time management and prioritization
- Organizational skill
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision but constantly collaborating with other functions within the company
- Negotiation skill
- Mobility and willingness to work extra hours for events or weekend, when needed
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Vietnamese and English
