Loss Prevention Senior Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee an effective system and structure to enforce and minimize losses; investigate and resolve cases where such losses occur
- Loss prevention activities
- Provide professional advice and regular update to internal stakeholders on loss control matters
Develop and execute loss prevention procedures
Maintain documentation of all loss prevention activities
Visit stores / DC to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
Perform surveillance, detection, or investigative procedures related to theft, criminal cases, and incidents
Investigate or interview individuals suspected of internal fraud
Participate in disciplinary committee meetings to present necessary investigation results
Security and fire-fighting activities - Ensure that fire-fighting measures and related devices/equipment at stores and SSC are checked, and conduct fire drills.
Keep abreast of new development in the technology and equipment in the areas of security, fire safety and prevention
External stakeholder management - Liaison with relevant external organizations such as Police, Civil Defense, Fire Department and Security Suppliers for safety and security of the Company
Collaborate with law enforcement to investigate and solve external theft or fraud cases
Other tasks - Other tasks assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualifications: (Graduated from high school or higher, College in related fields is preferred)
- Experience
3-5 years experience in loss prevention, investigation, audit of retail/ consumer goods, store chain
Knowledge of Oracle, SAP and other similar ERP system preferred - Competencies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Be able to communicate in English in both writing and speaking – beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office with particular proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Mobility to perform offsite assignments
- Possess high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and as a team when required
