A.Responsibility:

As a Technology Business Solution Executive, you will focus on delivering effective technology solutions that support business operations and strategic goals. This includes analyzing business requirements, proposing system enhancements, and supporting the development and implementation of software and data solutions. You will work closely with Internal teams to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business priorities, especially in areas such as e-commerce, data analytics, and system integration.

1.Data & System Operations: 

• Serve as Magento Product Owner for Guardian, overseeing system enhancements and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide technical support for daily operations, ensuring system stability and resolving issues promptly

2.Data Management: 

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations to support analytics and reporting.
• Develop and optimize Python/Django applications and APIs for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  Ensure secure, accurate, and consistent data exchange across platforms and systems.

B.Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Professional Experience:

• 1-2 years in software development or data engineering roles.
• Experience in e-commerce environments and working directly with business stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
• Familiarity with marketplace open APIs such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python 3.11+ and frameworks/libraries including Django, FastAPI, Celery, and Pandas.
• Strong SQL skills (MySQL, MSSQL).
• Working knowledge of Docker, Redis, Linux (Ubuntu Server), and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Data & Systems:

• Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and system integrations.
• Ensures secure, accurate, and consistent data exchange across systems.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and compliance standards.

Methodologies & Mindset:

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and product roadmaps.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to business impact.
• Comfortable learning and implementing new technologies.

AI/ML Knowledge: Good understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills, both verbal and written, for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Effective workload planning between operational tasks and project deliverables.
• Demonstrates a professional attitude and works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates initiative and ownership in delivering end-to-end solutions.
