Job Purpose: 

Guardian Vietnam is seeking a dynamic and creative Employer Branding cum Internal Communication Specialist to strengthen our employer brand and foster engaging internal communication. This role is vital in attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting our company culture. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position Guardian Vietnam as an employer of choice.
• Create compelling content for various channels including social media, careers websites, and job fairs to showcase our employer value proposition.
• Design and implement internal communication programs to keep employees informed, motivated, and aligned with company values.
• Manage internal communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, and town hall meetings.
• Collaborate with local People and Culture team, and regional Corporate Communication and marketing teams to promote employee stories, achievements, and corporate initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding and communication efforts, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture, including team-building events, recognition programs, and staff wellness initiatives
• Ensure consistency of brand message across all internal and external platforms. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience in employer branding, internal communication, or corporate communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in digital content creation and social media management. 
  Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
