Role Overview:

The role required is a detail-oriented Digital Project Manager supporting our digital and e-commerce product roadmap.

This role ensures that all projects are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, and executed with excellence across cross-functional teams (i.e. Group Digital Team, Group Tech Team, and in some cases directly with external vendors) and be the central force representing the market (i.e. MNHK, GUSG, GUID, etc) driving governance and performance tracking for digital initiatives. The role is expected to be the bridge between roadmap and execution — able to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and keep pace with technical conversations with tech knowledge.

Job Description: 

• Report directly to the in-market ecommerce lead
• Collaborate with roadmap owners to understand feature priorities and timelines
• Develop and maintain delivery plans aligned with roadmap milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of features
• Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to keep delivery on track
• Facilitate meetings and communication between internal teams and external vendors
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
• Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from university with major in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field

•  3+ years of PMO or project leadership experience in digital/e-commerce environments

• Strong understanding of product roadmaps, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and SDLC
• Tech fluency: able to engage in conversations around APIs, cloud platforms, CMS, and mobile/web architectur
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
