Role Overview:

Drive sales and profitability through effective assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies. Collaborate with suppliers, analyze market trends, and ensure trade plans align with shopper needs and business goals​

Job Description:

• Support the Commercial Manager and Director in developing category strategies, executing trade plans, and managing supplier collaborations.
• Analyze market data, assist in planning promotions, monitor sales performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive retail execution and optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional effectiveness across categories.​

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to interpret data for business decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for managing cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset, commercial acumen, and interest in consumer trends are key to supporting pricing strategies, trade planning, and category growth initiatives effectively.​
