Business Admin Executive (Data Analysis)

Department Background:

Business Administration team supports core operational and financial processes, ensuring smooth coordination between commercial planning, vendor relations, promotional tracking, and system data integrity. The team plays a vital role in cross-functional collaboration, driving both compliance and efficiency

Job Description: 

·       Manage and maintain commercial and online master data including suppliers, product items, pricing, and promotion setup.

·       Validate, track, and update large-volume online data with high accuracy and attention to detail.

·       Monitor online tracking data and ensure consistency between systems and reports.

·       Handle data upload, maintenance, checking, and filing on ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite/SAP).

·       Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, and Online teams to ensure timely and accurate data processing.

·       Prepare and maintain reports related to online operation, buying income, and pending agreements.

·       Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue follow-up to ensure data accuracy.

·       Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

 

Requirements:

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Accounting/ Data Management, or related fields.

Experience:

·       2+ years of experience in Commercial Finance/ Financial Accounting/ Master Data, or Online Operation.

·       Experience in handling and validating large-volume data.

·       Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.

·       Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, formulas…); knowledge of data processing tools is a plus.

·       Experience in multinational retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.

Competencies:

·       Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.

·       Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·       Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Quick adaptability to new systems and processes.

·       Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

·       Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
