Department​ Background:

Guardian's Ecommerce team is a dynamic and high-energy group of Gen Z professionals managing six online channels. Handling strategy and a full spectrum of marketing, promotions and performance analysis, while also exploring new technologies, managing the e-supply chain, and overseeing customer service. This agile team is known for its strong learning and experimental mindset in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Role Overview:

The primary purpose of this role is to collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager and the DFI's Group Digital & Ecommerce VN local team to explore, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications within the content development process for the Ecommerce platform. This initiative aims to accelerate business growth, optimize costs, and effectively meet the demands of market expansion. Furthermore, the role will investigate the potential application of AI in areas such as livestreaming and other relevant Ecommerce activities.

Job Description:

• Collaborating closely with the E-commerce Manager and the Group Digital on AI initiatives.​
• Researching and proposing advanced AI tools and strategies to enhance content creation workflows for the E-commerce platform.​
• Involving in the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions for content generation, optimization, and personalization.​
• Supporting the deployment and application of AI in livestreaming activities on e-commerce marketplaces.
• Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of AI application in E-commerce activities, especially livestreaming and content creation.​
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and E-commerce technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.​
• Demonstrated knowledge of design principles and design thinking.​
• Understanding of content creation processes is an advantage.​
• Familiarity with new and emerging technologies is a plus.
